The most useful thing you can report is a file the tool does not recognise. Google changes its models over time, and a new watermark variant usually shows up first as somebody's image coming back with "no watermark found". That tells us it is time to re-measure.
Please include
- Which tool made the file — Gemini, Nano Banana, Imagen, Veo, Flow or AI Studio.
- Whether it is an image or a video, and its approximate size.
- Whether the file had been cropped, resized or re-saved beforehand.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Please do not attach client-confidential material. A description, or a screenshot of just the corner, is normally enough to work out what is going on. Since nothing is uploaded when you use the tool, we have no copy of your file to look at unless you choose to send one.
